General FAQ's

How long have you been doing photography?

I started in high school (year 2000) using film and the darkroom and later on started in digital photography were I photographed family and weddings. In 2011 I began with newborn photography and today specialize in newborn, maternity and family.

How many photos do we get?

I shoot and share. I give all the best images from each of my sessions - so for example if your session is 60 mins, I give you all the best in that timeframe!

How do we get our photos?

Your photos will be delivered to you via online gallery link allowing you to print and share as you please.

Do you retouch photos?

All images I take are fully retouched/edited/toned with my style.

Whats your turn around time?

Galleries are usually sent to you 4-6 weeks after the session has taken place. Sneak peeks are shared the day or day after!

How do we book you?

Send me an email! Let me know what you looking for and we can get you a date in my calendar. I do require a booking fee to secure your session.

How far out do you book?

Depending on the time of year my calendar can fill up quite early - Fall is especially my busiest time! I also work full time, so booking your session with me as early as possible is always best to ensure you get a spot. For newborn sessions, to ensure I have dates available to change (baby delivery dates are so unpredictable!) I do only book so many per month.

What should we wear?

Doing a photoshoot is special, so do it up! (not necessarily dressy but have fun with it!) I always tell my clients to wear something that would ideally match their home decor so that when you print and display your images it all ties in. Adding in accessories like bowties, hats, bows, pretty painted nails and jewelry is always a nice touch.

Do you offer prints?

When your session gallery is sent to you, I will give you a website link/coupon code to a professional local printer that offers 10% off to all my clients. That can be done all on her website on your terms if you would like to have some of our galleries printed (and yes, you should print and display your photos!) Avoid Walmart and those type places as the quality is terrible and your photos will not print as you see from what I provide you.

What to wear to sessions?

I will provide you with a prep guide prior to your session that will help you prepare for your session.
